My brother works for the railroad and has had a few people use the train he was driving to commit *******. It seriously messes you up for awhile. He has had one guy just stand on the track and he saw the guy from 150 yards away but you can't exactly stop a train in that distance. He had another guy dive off of an over pass that his training was going under and bouce/splatter off of the windshield.

x2 there is nothing you can do! If you would have hit that dude instead of the other car and its ******* its not your fault.

By the way, insurance will cover such a thing under comprehensive coverage. Just my 2-cents.
