It will be through paypal.. and since paypal charges you 4% per transaction I would have to pay for it... so 400 would be the prize if it was cash

So shouldnt the prize be something higher than $400 then? No real reason to reduce it by 20%. Maybe talk to swimfreak and see how he does it, he might have some suggestions.
