yes, and 250 would be a nice price. Not sure about sealed, I know they like ported. Depending on condition, it might still be worth it even if you have to replace the box...or give him an excuse to lower it a little more

It's a good deal. you can probably sell the box for at least half that to someone if you want to go a different route.

I had a pair in a 4 cf sealed box and they actually sounded pretty clean...
