I have been talking with a guy online at another forum and he says he has a Hifonics XX Colossus for sale for $200+ shipping only the MOSFETS need to be repaired and that I can call maxxsonics to get the number to a authorized repair shop and that it would cost about $150 to fix.

Do you guys think it is worth it or no?

you could probably replace the mosfets yourself for like 50bux...

if that was the only problem, why doesn't he repair it and keep it, or get it repaired and sell it for $350?

it's a dirty lie, the board is fried too. I personaly wouldn't risk it unless I knew exacally what i am doing with the amp, or know for a fact that it'll only be $150 to repair, cuse they might just think its replacing the MOSFETs but if its more than that, up goes the cash.
