Hey everyone.

I am looking to get a new 4 channel amp.

My comp speakers are 4ohm each and they take 50-100watts rms.

For example i have been looking at both the

Kicker KX650.4 (~75x4@4ohms) (325x2@4ohms bridged)

Kicker KX350.4 (~45x4@4ohms) (175x2@4ohms bridged)

Now can i wire up my comp's in pairs and run it bridged? That way i could get the 350.4 and save $100 ?

or is it not good to wire up comp speakers in pairs like you would with subs?

Do you guys understand what im thinking?

Thanks,

So how many components sets do you want to run? Two? Eg. 4 midbass and 4 tweeters (4 crossovers total)?

Or just one set with no rear fill?

Sorry every. I have 4 midbass's and 4 tweeters total (4 crossovers).

So i was thinking like Wiring one set (front doors) tougher to 1 channel. and then wiring the 2nd set Rear doors to the second channel.

Would that work?

Thanks,

Im no expert, but it SHOULD be able to work if you go your left side speakers to one channel and the right side speakers to the other channel. Though that would mean that you lose control of fader, which might not be all that good, as you would have same volume coming from back as in front then, when you want more in the front than in the back in most (all???) cases.
