Everything effects everything, it's just a matter of how much.

In your case, it will look ghetto, but it should sound fine. I really doubt you would notice a difference if they were all on the same plane.

Jesus dude thats a small box. I have my 15 in a 3.5 cu. ft. box and thats even on the smaller side. Lowest I'd go per 15 is 3 cubic feet each.
