Would i have to worry?

Would i have to worry about any clipping probems with the gain settings for my profile AP400 amp http://www.millionbuy.com/prfap400.html that has two Alpine 6.5 component 4ohm 350 watt speakers attached to it??

Do you know what clipping is?...

guess im not really sure what clipping is i thought it was when one component was too powerfull for another component. Just found out there was such a thing as clipping yesterday hehe.
