would i get great sq from this?

2x Si bm's or 1 mag 12 or 15"

bm's if you want a lil louder, while having pretty good sq or 1 mag if you want a still loud sub that musical drops lowwww.

amp choices are great. But id get a step up from cmx. Get germs. If not cmx still a great choice. Love their tweeter.

ok so i saw an mx today, and daaaaamn it looks good, and it looks like it can take all the power in the world... so here's what i'm thinking,

after all the costs add up, the the price difference between the bm's and the mx doesn't seem all that much, and in my opinion, the mx is one of the sturdiest and best built woofers i've seen... so

how about a 15" mx ported with 1500 rms? i think this will satisfy both my sq and spl needs hehe:D also this way, i have room to improve in the future (adding another mx with another sundown 1500 strapped at 2 ohm) wheras with the bm's i would need to sell them and buy new woofers (because i don't want more than 2 subs in my trunk for space sake.

finally which way should i turn my box? the sub facing the front of the car or the back? if i face it to the front and someone tries to break in, they would have to rip out a 100 lb

lol, so basicallym i can get 1 mx now running off of 1500 rms and upgrade in the future and run 2 mx on i'm guessing 3000 rms at .5 ohms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i think you making not a wise decision.

Reason behind SI support they make quality products, great customer service, priced well, great power handling, and lot time goes into making these products what they are. I wouldn't say all that if i didnt mean it. RE is now mainstream or trying to be. Customer service sux since not its own buisness and owned by USAMPS. Have to buy from dealers, no direct customer selling. If u buy online no warrenty

My .02 cents
