Would a fully loaded 18" bl be fine on this amp?

Would a 18" bl fully loaded be ok on a bxi 2006d amp from hifonics? or is that overpowering it?

Also, If you go with the pa amp, just make sure you don't go crazy with the gain.

i think ile stick with the bxi since i don't have that much money, i know the amps are overrated but it has to atleast put out 1800 rms, would that be too much on the sub?

I have a bxi1606d on a fully loaded bl. pretty sure it reaches full excursion and i hit consistant low/mid 140's...

ya they are nice with only around 1000 watts so a bxi1606d would prolly be great since thats about what the loaded BLs are rated at.

Just have to be careful with those amps, they aren't the cleanest amps on the market today...

If you are sensible about it you'll be fine.
