Would a Alpine-MRD-M60 be good for powering a JL 12W6

[Terminology]

Alpine-MRD-M60 is 400 watts, 600w at 2 ohms

JL 12W6 is 600W, dual 4 ohm voice coils, 150-600 watts RMS

I'm just confused about the ohms, I don't know anything about them, still learning.
