Worth the upgrade? 1501d vs 2400db

Never used any power acoustic myself so i cant compare them but i do have a 1501d for sale if you decide on switching.

yea im the same. i dont spend grands of $ money on mine. i have a little over $700 in mine right now. my sundown saz 2000d was stolen so i ahd to replace it. if i still had it i would only have a lil over $500 in my system. and for the money in it im happy. the numbers mine put up are not stellur but heck i put up higher numbers then alot of ppl with $5k+ in theres. not tryna start nothing with anyone..just sayin

Mainly because those people let a shop setup up their system. The other reason would be they are setup for SQ or something. The last reason would be they are testing enclosures and shows and their scores are lower then normal.

Not hating on you or your build. Just clarifying for others reasons to why that happens.

i see... i was just sayin. but i get **** sayin im not a "enthusiast" because i dont have certain brands or spend grands on my system. its kinda annoying

I could care less if people think I am or not. As I get older more important things get my $$, not car audio. I build a nice system based soley on great deals.

I went to the hardware store yesterday to pick up some of the square headed wood screws for a little security for the 18's, usually I write down the price on the bag of what they are worth to me, in this case prob a quarter each. Employee comes up to help me, grabs a bag and writes down 60 cents each..60 per ******* 1 1/4 screw!! Can I afford that? Of course I can, but I wouldn't allow myself to buy them. Had it not been for emp's stocking that particular section I would've just rebagged em. Hate that store with a passion... I'll be going back at a later date, hopefully I won't get screw-blocked.

Agreed. I'm not sure if I would even notice that difference in price myself. lol
