Advertised as 2000rms into 1 ohm, I wasn't expecting that from this amp. However, It sounds about like 500 watts, I tried to adjust gain to get a little more power, and it just distorts. It has 4x25a fuses so i was expecting at least 800w. I cracked open the case, looks like about 500w rms. The board reminds me of old 2 channel Power Acoustik amps. Don't buy this amp if you're in a bind, Audiopipe and MB quart have much better offerings.

Ill have to take it out, pics later today. My old power acoustik 1600w 2 channel ate this amp for dinner in power output and SQ. LOL

Went ridin around, amp shut off after about 20 mins went into thermal at 1 ohm. POS

What the fuck maxxsonics? Amp is fine for one day, then thermals, and runs hot (like burn your fingers to the case hot) all the time now?
