Worth picking up a Scosche SA550?

I like to look for CA gems on Craiglist from time to time. There's a guy sellin an Alpine V-Power amp, a Scosche SA550, and a cap. He was $30/ea for the amps or $50 for both and another $50 for the cap.

I have zero interest in the capacitor, but I'm interested in the Alpine. I can't make out the model from the picture, but I'll contact him tomorrow. I'm wondering if the Scosche's worth picking up. I know they make accessories, I didn't know they made amps. That's probably a bad sign. Then again, it's $20.

That's what I told a friend of mine to do who got a an extra Dual 12" prefab box when he bought his off a guy local. I told him $20 tops to someone to knows car audio, but someone who does not, $40+ easy. Gotta love flipping CL items.

Alright, thanks for the input. If I can get it with the Alpine I might do that, but I won't bother going just for the Scosche.

In what ways is it bad? Sounds like ****? Doesn't do rated? Goes into protect mode? Burns your car down and any other cars in a 500ft radius?

mine caught on fire, but it could have been my fault I cant remember. It doesnt do rated either
