that's a bit much, wouldn't you say? I say build your own, just like you did with your tubes.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Of course, don't try building an 800w tube...hehe

I was (and still am) thinking of going over a kW //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

1300W should be enough for now.

Maybe.

Looking at your sig, I am tempted to now try phono on my system. I remember when I was very young and the audio system that my paretns had (NAD) was very clear. Course, that was the eardrums of a 6 year old, untouched by mad bass.

That's going to be my summer project...getting a nice table and phono preamp worked out.

I'm not trusting my tube system to just digital sources //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I saw some really awesome looking etched acrylic type, with a visible belt drive.. looks way awesome, but doesn't go with the overall system I have. Maybe I should change the CD player to one of those CD transporters and separate DAC converters to have the clear thing going on. But that's way too much money.. sigh...

doesn't matter...I was looking at either a QSC RMX-850 or 1450, or a Mackie M-800...

monoblock or stereo, it's going to get bridged anyway.

If it's a CS-800X or H model, that's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/drool.gif.b5e863e893038027711d4402f340dad0.gif-worthy right there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Anything worth getting is always worth it more at a steep discount. Not familiar with that unit, but the brand is great.
