Worst RCA EVER!

I was quite pleased when I received the RCAs I had ordered from Knu Konceptz. Very fast delivery, great appearance, and apparent quality at a reasonable price. However, I have to say that these are in fact the worst RCA cables I have ever owned. The end connectors on both pair have pulled right off. Two of the connectors simply pulled off from the wire, while the others came off as a pair with the entire plastic sheathing coming off as well. For a brand that is so highly recommended, I really expected a lot better quality. Maybe this is just a fluke occurance, but I will not be ordering from them again!

I had the same problem with a pair of the RCA's they sent me. They also shipped and charged the same order twice, I emailed them several times and never got a response. Thankfully I was able to replace the broken pair of RCA's with the duplicate order they shipped out, but unfortunately I had to pay for it, and never got my money back. Knu Konceptz might have cheap prices, but personally there customer service sucks, and I wouldn't buy a thing from them again. To me, customer service is everything.

I installed some Radio Shack connector ends that I picked up for $2.39 (for a pack of four), and while they're not very attractive looking, they work great. Next time I need RCAs, I'm just going to make them myself I think.

well rcas dont break by themselves what were u doing to them when they fell apart? i got sum knukonceptz that got bent at the end but that was b/c i slammed on my brakes and my box hit them, but they still work

Ive had mine over a year and had no problems. I really love working with their power wire. Its pretty thick compared to others and REALLY flexible..even at 1/0.

Well, one end came off when I disconnected it from the head unit to re-route it. My fingers slipped off the connector (which was rediculously tight), and pulled on the cable a bit. Never had another RCA do that to me. The others came off when my box slid to the other side of the trunk and put too much tension on the cable. There was enough cable to reach, but it was taught. At worst I would have expected the connectors to pull out of the jacks, but to completely pull off? As best as I can tell, the wire was held in by nothing more than solder, without any sort of tension-relieving clamp. Like I said, it could have been a bad set of RCAs, but the quality and workmanship I'm seeing makes me very uncomfortable with getting anything else from them again.

I don't have any experience with them and I'm not sure which level or what not of their RCAs you chose, but I would most likely order power wire from them. I don't really think there's a difference in quality among power wire of the same guage, although I could be wrong. I know that RCAs greatly vary in quality and if I were to purchase any I'd make sure to get wires that were at least twisted, and they don't seem to have too good of a value on twisted RCAs.
