Sorry for the car man, sucks. Great cars too that won't be a cheap part.Gotta say though, the worst night of your life will be the last one, most likely.

Thanks but I gotta disagree with the last part, most bad things that happen to me are during the day time, therefore if anything is going to end me I would put money on it that it occurs during daylight. Well without taking anything apart the body shop is guessing $2000 at least.

Not sure yet, the shop said they would buy it from me too or give me money towards a trade for a audi or vw. The thing is in kickass shape as it was owned by a business woman before me and I took great care of it for the four years i have had it. I will get back to you depending on what they say about the motor and prices for repair.

i hate when ever i get searched...most cops trip out after they see 2 or 3 guns in my vehicle....

We have car jacking laws here in Louisiana....I always keep several guns in close range...so far I haven't been lucky enough to kill a jacker yet...but I did manage to pop a cap at one ...one night....I think I missed I couldn't find any blood....

unless you got some sort of warranty or guarantee with the repair there isnt much you can do. the cold winters here in WI are hell on cars. my car does all sorts of random weird crap in winter, just nothing major and it goes away when it warms up
