Got my BX1800d from ikesound in the mail. Very dissapointed. it looked very used. and i bought it under NEw. not refurbished. Im gettin a RMA number and sending this crap back, very disspointed.

I send:

I recently Purchased the amp as "New" Yet there seems to be alot of signs of usage. The amp looks to have been previously mounted due to marks and some scratches on the bottom of the amp, and also the mounting hardware has clearly been used. The Hifonics amp has 2 very noticeable scratches on top and is not acceptable. This amp is clearly either refurbished or used, and i did not pay for a used amp.

I would like a return authorization number. I would like a "New " unit never used as this is what i payed for. Please get back to me. Thank you!

**** thats a bummer, I call them tommorow, i dont tryu to be an ***, but when its me whos gonna have to spend the money to ship it abck for there mistake, it doesnt get me in a happy mood.

I was gonna try and get a pic of the bottom but my cam sucks, theres little speckle scratches all on the bottom, and black marks where the mounting tabs were. the mounting tabs ahve paint chippingand are a little dented from when they were mounted

I am on my 3rd from there directed audio 1500D not a bad amp. But 1st one broke in half 2nd one my dmm was ****ed up 3rd one blew up due to defective amp again sooo! I am planning on sending it back and trying again!

Now the bad part is they arent even responding! I am starting to get a little pissed buy 2 out of 3 defective items from factory i would be embarrased to ya know. KDCX789 Kenwood Excelon x789 cd player lol! I email dustin and the lauren lady so far NO REPLY!

As I have run nothing but Kenwood HUs for several years now I am well aware of what a KDC-X789 is....
