Worried about my 6x9s

Hey,

I'm installing my sub tomorrow and I was just wondering, when I crank up the sound its also going to crank it up on my 6x9s... They dont seem to take the bass very well at high volumes...Will all the same amount of bass be going to my 6x9s when the sub is installed or will the HU send more of the bass to the sub and I dont have to worry about my 6x9s?

It'll send them the same as it always at those levels. Depending on your HU, you may or may not have a HPF (and LPF for the sub) availability.

You can get some bass blockers, put a smaller 2channel amp on them with a HPF (they'll sound better too off of the amp probably), etc...
