Worried about belt squeal on new alt..

I'm going to be buying a new car early next year.. And I'm planning out my new system. I was emailing back and forth with Mechman (Very good service, might I add), and they said with the 240 amp alt, that I may experience belt squeal under loads, as the car i'm looking at has a small belt. (95-2000 Civic).

I'm planning this system out carefully and I'm trying to avoid as many problems as I can before I start spending money. Anybody experienced this?

If you have a manual adjustment, keep it on the tighter side...

If not, try and find a belt that is .5-1" shorter(that will fit) and just use good belts, not the house specials...
