Worklog for Looney_Tune 3.25cf sealed

Meh...Gorrilla glue.

It is horrible for wood construction...It merely creates a physical bond between the wood. Try titebond, Creates a chemical bond, making the glue joint stronger than the wood itself.

and //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif Silicone is used to seal the box...not glue, though if you do make correct cuts you will need no silicone sealant.

you get a 6.5 on my scale...minuses for the cuts, and the glue.

honestly, for a 3.25 cf box, for a single 15, gorilla glue, screws and caulk are more than sufficient. yes, i know that burn in the wood is kinda ghey, but it's gettin routered off anyways... I can assure you the cuts are straight. a pet peeve of mine is crooked cuts.

Theburns ruined the box. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
they'll be gone soon thanks to mr. router.

you try cutting with a weak *** table saw by yourself. it's difficult. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
crappy table saw ftl
I feel your pain. I tried to cut a 4'x4' piece on my own and even though the saw was pretty nice, it just wasn't going to happen without help.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif You have issues if you can't cut a 4' x 4' piece of 3/4" MDF by yourself.I've done it quite a few times.Granted it IS a LOT easier with someone helping you, it's still fairly easy.

Looks fairly solid do far, but you **** at lining wood panels up ;fyi: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif but it takes practice.

Getting a 4x4 sheet cut using this table saw is impossible without dropping the wood and pinching the blade:

Especially when the sheet I was trying to cut was only 19" thick. That's about 2.5 feet just hanging off of one end.

To make it even worse, this is my "work area" that I have to deal with:
