The whole problem of them sueing walmart is 1 it would just lead to more lawsuits, and in 20 years the famous walmart black friday case would be cited to get someone a couple million dollars just because someone ran over there foot with a cart.

2 It just furthers the problem of us having more and more laws and that we can't take care of ourselves.

With less laws, the employee could just execute the first couple customers as a warning to the rest. Wal-Mart has to provide a safe work enviorment for its employees. Suggesting one person can hold back 200 raging maniacs is not providing that duty of care.

All I can say is that the people that were involved in this are absolutely going to jail for killing a man . FYI ! Ive been working for walmart for 13+years and all i can say is that my heart and prayers go to the family and friends of the inocent person doin there job . This is stupid for 1 person to try and back down 200+ people at a time , but ill telll you what , I had over 500+ people out in front of my walmart this morning at 5am and no FN issues . All they wanted was a plasma tv and some hot coffee ! For the ones that thi nk that this a joke your idiots and thats all there is to it . This a serious situation and i guarantee that Walmart will go to bat for the friends and family of the victim . Black Friday is no joke , I did a 4am to 4pm and in that time my store did over a half million dollars , thats alot of ching !
