Just because you are more fortunate doesn't mean somebody less fortunate doesn't need the $7/hr job to get by. He died trying to perform that job because of greedy, piece of shit, materialistic retards that have no apparent regard for human life. Simple as that.
I would bet his family sues walmart for putting him in that position...and hopefully criminal charges are pressed on those that pushed him down and trampled him.

Who cares what he does. This whole tangent you guys went on was because I said I would have refused to go down there and do that as part of my $7 an hour job. If they fired me, it wouldn't be a huge problem because there are a ton of jobs out there that pay $7 an hour.

Being employed at walmart sucks, I know because thats basically the largest employer in my shitty town. They screw you on benefits and hours. So losing your nice $7 an hour job at walmart because you refused to go fight with 200+ ppl isn't a big deal because you can replace it with a trip to mcd's and get paid $7.25 an hour.

1. Its the black friday atmosphere

2. You wouldn't do it for 7 bucks an hour

3. The guy is responsible for his own death because he didn't work at MCd's

Why? Only idiots go out there and fight for it, if one of them dies so what? They are too stupid to get out of the way when a crowd runs at you? Too stupid to think, "Hey I'm pregnant maybe I shouldn't go get in a shoving match with 200 people"

A lawsuit would never make it to court. They would give them a bunch of cash in an out of court settlement.
