considering my parents are around 5 feet flat at 120lbs. Being 5'6 at 160lbs is not that bad with the genetic cards i was dealt with. Gonna try to get to 175lbs of muscle at the end of my body building journey. Maybe marry a 6 foot 3 swedish chick to fix up this fked up short @ss genetic pool.

 
Well I broke a 1 rep max PR today, @ss to grass squatted 315 almost double my body weight. Gonna try my hardest to make that a 3 rep max before the end of the year.
Probably a warm up set for hardcore bob's wife lmfao.
lol i used to dead lift 400 in high school now i'd need fork lift..

Cool to see there are some "lifters" hanging out in the car audio forum... my wife and I did traditional lifting for 5 years, and we've stacked it with CF for almost three years now... my wife is one of the baddest females around because she lifted like a man with me for so many years... competitively, and physique wise, she just blasts the other girls out of the water and she's almost forty. I still need to hit the 500 club for romanian deads, only at 425 x 3. 465 if i go sumo.
I'm trying to hit "1000" club this year...

Bench: 255

Squat: 315

DL: 405

Not "great" numbers, but,

I'm 40 years old. 5'9", 175-180 lb when I cut down.

Not gaining on bench anymore, and don't need to be DLing any more than, just being intelligent with my age and my job (mover, but own my own company)

So I'm going to make up that small deficit with more squat to reach 1000.
