I just got off the phone with them clearing up a couple of problems with my order. something about my credit card isnt my shipping address or something.... anyways, they were some of the nicest and helpful customer support people I've ever talked to. Just thought I should give them a bit of positive advertisement here on the forum.......

of course if my order doesnt get here there will be a quick 180 on my feelings twords them!!!

they do have good customer service, i thought i had a problem with an amp, i barely explained it and he said to send it in and theyll send me a brand new one.

yeah i ordered a 12" L5 from them and they said it was in stock but it was acutally in back order and after 2 days of them not shipping it i called and they notified me it was on back order and so they shipped me a 12" L7 instead. Of course they asked me if thats what i wanted and since it was a "better" sub i said yes sure. After that phone call it was at my house in 3 days. They are great people.

Thats nice to hear. About the only one I have heard with great customer service like that is Crutchfield.

x2... I was under the misconception that crutchfield was the only one like that....Although I have never seen faster shipping or free add-ons. I ordered my HU from crutchfield on a tues night @ 11pm, it was at my feet friday morning..... Then they include dash kit and wire harness w/ instructions.....

Crutchfield is the best place to buy a new HU IMO.......
