My driving test was insanely easy.
But that's mostly because I had to pass my dad's informal test first, which involved parallel parking his '91 F-150 on a hill...in traffic...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif And other devious things, like parking up a hill and balancing between the clutch and accelerator so you just rock back and forth without actually going anywhere. That's maddening the first hundred times you do it or so, heh.

The DMV test was just a circle around town and backing up 100ft in a straight line...no parking, no hills, and we did a three point turn in the DMV parking lot, so there was no traffic to contend with.

congrats on getting your license. just some advice from a fellow driver: i know that you are excited just as i was and everyone else was when they got their license, but just drive like you are supposed to on the road. obey the laws. you will end up avoiding lots of wrecks and tickets. dont mean to be offensive.

i took my test in my dads F150, which was mine for a while. if i showed up in my cobra which was my first car, i doubt the biatch would have gotten in the car with me. lol.

i learned how to drive a manual in a shifter kart when i was like 12.

trying to learn in a shifter kart is way worse than in a truck. people on the track dont exactly give you that much room, and at 100+ mph, you cant afford to get in their way, no room for error.

19 years ago (God I'm old) when I got my license, I had pissed my mom off really bad. On the way back from the DMV, she told me that she was going to keep it. I told her "FINE!" and that the first time that she wanted me to run an errand for her that I would get my driving privileges back or I wouldn't run it. She said "FINE!!!"

Sure enough, about an hour after we got home she came up to me with this solemn look on her face. She asked me go to the store for her! LOL!!!

We still laugh about that...

80cc shifters can reach speeds of up to 100, 125cc's can get close to 130, 250cc's can get close to 160.
