i think my first job was about $4.25/hr, i worked at "roy rogers" which is like an arby's i suppose

i worked there for a week and got fired cause i didnt know how to read the schedule so i never showed up for work. when i get my social security papers every year it shows i made $97 working there!

i only work part time now, but i average $15-20/hr which suits my lifestyle perfectly since i also have a trust fund to supplement my income

all i need to do is move about 2hrs west of where i live at now, and get a job doing what i'm doing now and probably see about a $12hr pay increase from where i'm currently at...........

amazing, 2hr difference is $12 diff an hour pay..............the possibilities

Minimum wage here just got brought up to $6.85 from $5.15. Good for some people, bad all around.At my work, the pay went up, yeah.But the hours went down. I love my work though.My managers are cool as ****.

First job workin at a supermarket at 15: $5.15/hr, left at 3yrs later and my pay had JUST got to $6/hr

Started at wal-mart for $9.20/hr, left after 1 1/2 years making just short of $12/hr, but I worked my *** off, reached a plateau and realized I wasnt going to be making much more $ (after a dept change)

Started at my current job at $14/hr, been there over a year and am over $15/hr now. I drive around all day in a company vehile, make deliveres and every now and then stop and install a remote start, dvd player, or the occasional styling package. I havent personally paid for gas in 1 1/2 years, and have only put 500 or so miles on my personal vehicle.

ive been there longer than my manager and he makes twice as much as me, im the "number 2 guy" in my department, and a guy we hired like 2 months ago makes more than me.

its bullllshit.

would have gone job hunting today, but i started on my box.

i wish i grew up in the city. no places to work around where i lived when i was growing up.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif had to do yard work for elderly folks, and stuff like that to earn money. summer was great though, blueberry scooping paid like $100 a day for me, but that was only like a month, the rest of the time i usually dug clams, and that was usually about $50 a day. both were 6-8 hour days.
