warrantyies they live by they will help you as much as possile, excwept for the last time i had a problem with my amp it took them a while for them to help me out but they got it done

They are not authorized for certain companies, but they sell alot and are authorized for some of them. I dont see any reason how they are "Douche bag internet sellers". Everyone who get's items from them seem to by happy with it, plus they replace the factory warranty with their own that covers the same time so their customers are happy with the product they get. I don't see how they are making such good buisness and stay running all these years if they are "douche bag ineternet sellers".

It really depends on what you are buying from them. If you are looking for higher end equipment (zapco, audison, focal, etc...), I would look elsewhere. There have been a couple storied floating around (I couldn't say conclusively if they are true or not) about knock-offs of this stuff, but IMO if you are going to be dropping that much cash, go the guaranteed route.
