wood baffles?

anyone know where i can buy a 15" wood baffle? I have a old ported box i would like to keep using, but the circle cutout wasnt the best circle and usually whatever sub i install a few of the screws dont line up. So i would like to mount a baffle over the existing hole, for a more flush mount. anyone have any ideas?
