Yea, but in order to buy a gun you have to either pass the background check process from a dealer, or take the time to find a private party. Just seems like to me some nut job can forget to take there meds, go to the range and shoot up the place, which looks like it happend
probably should be some sort of waiting period for that if ya ask me. The only thing worse than this is large gun shows which i imagine you can acquire a weapon quite easily at
the large gun shows ive been to are pretty well controlled and they still do background check before any purchase....atleast the few ive attended...bought my first gun from a large gun show and had to take a safety course on sight and then wait 2 weeks for a background check before i could go and pick it up
