Think about it. Most hospitals around here either lose money or are subsidized by govt money. If there is no money in running a hospital, then people stop building them and we get substandard care. She is just a victim of circumstances. How does one know which person has the highest priority? In this case, neither party has all the information.

That is true about the government .. like taking funds out of Schools, Hospitals, paving roads and putting them into military funds .. kinda pathetic ..

That is depends on how you view things. If you think that the terrorists are going to blow us to pieces then spending on military to try to prevent that is justified.

If you think the terrorists are relatively harmless and our actions only intensify their anger towards us, then military spending is less justified.

Um...I doubt I'd let it get to that point.

I was getting pretty **** mad...they initially told me if the pain doesn't subdue, that my cracked rib could possibly protrude into my lung and puncture it, and if it doesn't get any better in a few days, come back.

So, the pain actually got worse over the next few days- I go to the ER and tell them I was just here a few days ago for a broken rib, and the pain is worse, and I'm having trouble breathing. They take me right in and set me up on an IV and all that fancy stuff. Then, they disappear for almost 2 hours. Apparently, the old man that was in the room over, that was having trouble controlling his bowels, was more important, because his son was a doctor, so of course, the man with the shits gets more attention then the person with a possible punctured lung.
