I have 2 pioneer ts-306dvc's to be powered by a kenwood 1800 watt (900 watt rms) amp and was woundering what gauge wiring i would need.

4 guage will do. Go larger if you plan on upgrading.

Yes.

Lower AWG number = larger cable.

Also should i go ported or sealed with these subs? I want really deep but clean sounding bass NOT necessarily loud ground shaking bass. I know its not the best system in the world for sound quality but it seemed to be the best i could get for my budget.
