Wiring volt meter

I checked with a DMM at battery and at amp and was no voltage loss along the wire so for now I just ran the power to the fuse holder when I get my 0guage ran I'll move it back to the distribution block

new stinger volt meter. Vehicle warmed up idles at 14.5-14.3v not bad need to get a sub again to see how much voltage drops

Have two 10" P2s now wired to two ohms (gains set low) never drops below 14.2 at idle didn't give it a proper test. Gonna set gains in the morning

Heh.. When did you measure the voltage difference? I'm assuming at rest..

You need to measure voltage difference at maximum output so resistance in all connections is then accounted for.

Just like water leak.. Wherever the hole is is where it drops.. Water doesn't leak everywhere if there is only 1 hole.

I set it .1v lower than what the DMM read so I figured I'd be safe but I'll redo it
