Just a few questions about my install. Is it okay to run a speaker wire along the side of my power wire,or will this cause distortion. My zero gauge amp kit came with 2 0-4 gauge distribution blocks. Is this because one is for the power supply and the other is for grounding supply. I have these little resistors/capcitors that came with my front dash 3 1/2's are those like bass blockers? Thanks appreciate all you guy's help.

Generally you want to be careful with RCA's and power wire. Poorly shielded wires often are vulnerable to noise. For the most part thought, wires these days are pretty well shielded (depending on the quality).

As for your distribution blocks, that would be my guess. One for power, one for ground.

Yes, the little resistors/capacitors are bass blockers. They are just like crossovers that are set to a certain frequency and arent adjustable.

Thanks I have kicker zero gauge kit and kicker 16 gauge for my speaker wires, I'm using streetwire zero noise rca's. My rca's are running down the oppsite side of the car ,I just had that one 16 gauge for that one side of the car to run and wanted to know if it would create a noise issue.

just keep the rca's on the opposite side of the power and you will be fine.... unless it's i pioneer deck, you will need to ground the outter case on the rca's.. if you have any noise...
