wiring two subs

ok i have one sub that is a svc 4 ohm.

and my other sub is a dvc that is 4 ohm also.

what would be the best way to wire these to get the most power of our my amp?

I wouldn't mix subs. You also need to supply what your amp is capable of pushing load wise before we can help.

its 150rms x2 at 4 ohms i believe.

its 2 ohm stable

its just temp until i get one with more power.

Mixing two subs, especially with different VC configs is very bad.

One sub is going to get twice the power of the other

just use the one sub that's DVC 4 ohm and wire it down to 2 ohms. Dont use the SVC 4 ohm. Probably 2 completly different subs.

It's possible, but like i said, chances are they are 2 totaly different subs which would cause sound cancelation issues and just sound like ***. So dont do it

hmm so what if i buy another svc 4 ohm could i wire that with the other svc 4 ohm and be good?

or buy another dvc 4 ohm?

It depends on the amp your are upgrading to. If you buy a 1 ohm stable amp then I would go with the DVC 4 ohm sub to go along with the one you have now and wire them to 1 ohm.

But if you buy a 2 ohm stable amp then you will need to get another SVC 4 ohm and wire them to 2 ohms

Whats the RMS on your subs and your budget for the amp? Ill find the you an amp so that you can run 4 ohm DVC to 1 ohm and pull out the most power.

the rms on my subs are 300 watts. im on a low budget so my budget for my amp is like 150 but thats why i was just gonna wire the two dvc to 2 ohms to a 2 channel amp.
