hey favorite car audio place, ive come for a little help because i'm..so..confused...

My origional post on a different forum is as follows:

Hey there...i'm pretty new and confused about the car audio scene, forgive me if I act like a tard or ask stupid questions

I have two re re 12" subwoofers, they are Dual 4 ohm woofers. 175w rms, 250w max.

The amp I have is a ESX Q1752.

ESX Quantum 1752 stereo amplifier. Class A/B. 175Wx2 into 4ohms, 250Wx2 into 2ohms. Can be bridged into any load from 1 to 4ohms for 460, 450, and 500 rated watts, respectively, @ 12V. The amplifier does this through use of selectable synchronous bridging, high-voltage, and true mono modes. The synchronous bridging feature allows for symmetrical clipping, which is an improvement over the a-symmetrical clipping found in most bridged car amplifiers. The Q1752 can be strapped with an identical amplifier for 900W into 2 or 4ohms. Crossover is 12 dB/oct. stereo, 24 dB/oct. bridged mono. Fully adjustable from 50 to 4.2k Hz, switchable high/low, with line output. Bass boost variable from 0-18 dB centered @ 43Hz. This amplifier has both unbalanced RCA-type inputs, which handle up to 9V, as well as miniature 6-pin DIN socket balanced inputs, which handle up to 18V.

I was told I could wire the system like this:

but then later was told I have to bridge the amp and run it at 1ohm. Can anyone explain exactly how to wire the amp? I don't understand why I cannot run each sub on a channel and give them 175w, I have to bridge the amp to a 1ohm load and run each sub woofer at 230~w. Can someone help me with wiring this correctly please?
I was told I have to run the amp at 1ohm, told by someone else I dont have a 1 ohm load so I have to wire them in parallel & bridged to give a 2ohm load.

would run each sub at 250w right? wouldnt that be pushing it?

im confused out of my mind, sorry guys..
