Wiring through the door

Hi guys, i have been reading around the board for a couple of weeks and found threads that answered all my questions but now im stumped. I have an 89 CRX and i am trying to wire the speakers throught the door into the car. there is a plug in the door but the wires wont fit. Anyone with a CRX know how i can do this or anyone else that might know without drilling a hole in my door?

I can't remember what the molex plug looks like on that car but you should be able to drill a hold in the plastic and run it through.
