if i use 4 gauge power cable with a 120amp fuse hooked up to a 675 CCA battery and a 1 gauge ground wire will my system sound okay?

i will have it wired up to a KickerZX1000.1 mono amp and two 12" Kicker L5 Solo-Barics in a Sealed custom truck box.

What is your question even supposed to be? There's way more variables than what you listed But why wouldn't you just use 0 guage power wire also?

well go with 1 guage power wire also and the maximum fuse size for 1/0 guage wire should be like 350 at max. so if your fuse holder accepts 1 guage go for it and if you blow the fuse under normal conditions you know you need a larger one
