Wiring question!

I bought a taramps dsp 3000 and it has 4 gauge inputs, I have 4 gauge ofc installed already and I just received my sky high 0 gauge ofc.

My question is how much this will make a difference? And should I not hook up the amp until I get the 0 gauge in. I'm just curious

you could run it off the 4 ga. but might as well do all of it at once, the amp will take advantage of the 0ga., make sure you match the grounds with the same ga.
