Wiring question

Don't really know if this is a dumb question or not but,

I've got a zx700.1 that runs 420rms @ 2ohms. If I had 3 L7 dual 4ohms wired in parallel I could get a 2.67 load. For simplicity let's just call it a 2 ohm load. If these are wired like this when hooked up to the amp do they all receive 420 watts or is it split between the 3 of them?

Also at a 2.67 ohm load I would be pulling about 315wrms right?

Yes you would be splitting the 315 wrms to all 3. Not 315 wrms to each one.
