Need a how-to.
I have a warning light wired to my Meziere EWP (Electric Water Pump). What I do not like is it is ON when car running/EWP running. When the light goes out, while IGN (Ignition) ON, I know the pump has stopped.
What I would like is to have it light up ONLY when the Pump has NO power to it with Ignition ON.
In other words, what I would like to have it do is:
Key OFF, EWP OFF, Light OFF
Key ON, EWP ON, Light OFF
Key ON, EWP OFF, Light ON
There has to be an idiot (me) way to wire, utilizing a relay, and existing vehicle IGN ON and IGN OFF wiring to tap into.
Any knowledge that can be shared would be greatly appreciated.
