Wiring my 1st component set..???'s

I just recieved my PG rsd6.5s today. I've never installed components in a vehicle non the less had them.. My question is do I just run the wires from the back of the deck from the stock front speakers to the input on the crossover or what?? I will be running them off the deck for a little bit till I save up for an amp for the comps.

Also when I do get an amp would I just run the wires from the amp to the input on the crossover as well???

run the + and -'s from the crossover to the mid and tweet respectively, and the input should be your two coming from the deck/amp.

i was kindof lost my first time doing it too, but its actually pretty easy once you figure it out
