Wiring harness question

I recently purchased a new Alpine CDE-172BT Bluetooth Receiver. I currently have an old Alpine headunit 7897 which had the AI-Net cd changer controls, installed in my car. I think I installed this around 2006 in a 2006 honda accord coupe lx, where I disconnected the factor radio. I am wondering if I would be able to just pop out the old unit and plug in a new one or am I going to need to change the wiring harness now that this new radio has items such as bluetooth and usb, which my current radio did not have.

The 7897 should have a white harness.  Sadly, this doesn't fit in the new radios with a black harness.  Wire locations are the same, but the physical size is slightly different.
