wiring diagrams for 2003 chevy trailblazer lt

i am trying to install an after market, jvc nt-3hdt with gps, i have tried looking at wiring diagrams , none of the colors match. can i find a plug to plug harness any where that just plugs factory to after market with out having to cut any wires and retain chimes and onstar?
