Wiring comps

When you wire comps and coaxials are you suppose to go straight from the speaker to the amp?. I am trying to figure this out cause i had a shop do my install and i think they might have cheated me out and kept my crossovers. I know they ran up some wires to the HU cause i can see. If they didnt wire them active would they still have wiring going up to the HU?

they probably ran wires to the harness and connected it to the side going back to the speakers so they wouldnt have to run new wires to the doors (maybe?)

are these front components? I'm guessing the crossovers are hidden somewhere up front, maybe the kickpanel area. so the speaker wire is going to the crossover (which you probably can't see) and then to the speakers. I can't see why a place would steal your xovers

yeah man...a couple of years or two ago b4 i started doing my own stuff a had a shop put in my components and they didnt even put my crossovers in...so now im having to get my own crossovers and put them in cause they kept mine.

If its going from amp to crossover to speaker then why is there speaker wiring going to my HU harness?
