Hi everyone, I'm trying to setup a PPi A404 to run my front Boston Acoustic 6.4 pro components. I don't have experience bridging, etc so pardon the ignorance. I'm trying for 200x2 and want to run them in stereo. I should point out that there is a 4ch/2ch button on the amp. I looked at the manual (not real clear IMO) and this is what I'm thinking:
LEFT rca to LEFT FRONT output on EQ
RIGHT rca to RIGHT FRONT output on EQ
...then to amp...
LEFT rca to both LEFT & RIGHT FRONT rca input (using y-connector)
RIGHT rca to both LEFT & RIGHT REAR rca input (using y-connector)
...guessing this would make both FRONT channels the LEFT ch. and both REAR channels the RIGHT channel... (?)
For wiring the speakers, L+/R- for left set of speakers to FRONT channel and the same for the right components on the REAR channel.
Any idea if this is correct or if there's a better way? I assume I should have the 4ch/2ch selecter "on" for 2ch. operation, but will this affect the ohm load?
I'd appreciate any help you can give me!
