Wiring a 6 ohm sub:help

I have a 6ohm sub and my amp is 4ohm,2ohm and 1 ohm stable.I know if i run neg to neg and pos to pos it will put it in 3ohms will my amp push it ok?My amp is a memphis prd16 1000.1????Anyone know?

It will work just fine. Your amp only has power specs for 4, 2 and 1 ohms because that is what most systems run, but anything higher than 1 ohm will work.

How about waiting more than 9 min before acting all impatient next time...
