wiring 4ohm audiobahns

hey, i'm pretty new to the car audio area. I was wondering if anyone could help me figur eout wiring my subs to the amp. i have 2 15" audiobahn subs. each sub, has 2 sets of positives and 2 sets of negatives on each side of the sub. How would i run that to the amp? which do i plug intyo, and do i need to use all of those hook ups or is it for conviniece why they have a set on each side of the sub. i have one single 4 channel bridgeable amp, not sure of the omhs on that, i've had it forever. i have been stumped for ever and have tried about everything i could think of and nothing has worked. can any one help me out?? thanks a lot, i'd really appreciate some advice. It's got me totally confused
