wiring 2 quad 1 ohm woofers to 2 ohms

That won't wire to 2 ohms.

If it was a quad 2 ohm, it would.

Edit, I see it's 2 subs and not 1.

It would be the same as wiring 4 dual 1 ohm subs to 2 ohms.

Series/parallel/series should get 2ohm.Series 2 coils to 2 ohm do the same for the other 2 coils(same sub) then repeat the same thing for the other sub.Now connect the 2 2ohm leads on the subs in parrellel to get 1 ohm(do the same for the other sub).Now connect the 2 subs together in series and you should get 2 ohms.

dont pay attention to the subs, just the voice coils.
