I have 2 amps, 1 stereo with 2 pairs of rca jacks and 1 mono with 1 pair. they dont operate in 1 ohm load so, Is it possible to wire 1 amp to another amp to combine the rms wattage rating. right now i have 1 amp on each sub
What I think you have disjointedly asked is if it is possible to physically combine two amplifiers and utilize their wattage together to drive a single thing? (in this case two subwoofers?)
If my assumption is true then what you are referring to is called "strapping" amplifiers. There are a few amps available that are strappable but they are the exception rather than the rule and those that are (iirc) require that you are using two identical amplifiers.
I will further assume that the amps you have are not of the strappable variety since you did not enlighten us as to what exact amps you have.
So, after all of my babbling, the easy answer to your question is simply No.
my fault the subs are 2-ohm and i have them wired giving a 4-ohm load. now if i connected these 2 subs to a 1 channel amp, what type of load would it be?

I have 1 sony xplod 2-channel 1200 watt amp (1 in-rca and 1 out-rca) and a shitty 1-channel boss 1200c amp (1 in-rca). currently i have the sony amp bridged to one sub, and the boss amp to the other sub. all of this is 4-ohm wiring. And basiclly is there a better way of wiring this system?

Again, it will depend on how you connect them exactly. A pair of SVC 2 Ohm drivers wired in parallel will yield a 1 Ohm load.
A pair of SVC 2 Ohm drivers wired in series will yield a 4 Ohm load.
