looking to wire up my sub amp and the amp for my fronts. running a powerbass ASA 1500.1D and a powerbass ASA 300.2. what would be the best way to wire them. looking at purchasing a Rockford Fosgate amp wire kit (4ga). could i run that kit back to a distribution block and branch off?

i would do some 0 or 2 gauge to a distro block. then you could do the 4 gauge to the 1500.1 and another 4 or 8 gauge to the 300.2

Knukonceptz is a great choice.

Also - you can go on Egay and look at the PKD-1, I think it is? It's a 1/0 Kicker wiring kit, they also have the dual amp kit at the same price which includes the distribution block you need, if I remember correctly.
